Dampney’s Rustic Rhubarb is made using naturally ripened fruit from the New Forest. The rhubarb is steeped in spirit for just the right length of time to draw out the intense flavour. Hand pressed and filtered it produces a liqueur that is smooth but with enough bite to combat a chilly day.
 
The sharpest of the range, this is a real warmer on a bitter day alternatively add Ginger Ale and make a drink you won’t forget!

A delightfully delicate shade of pink, and a delicate, but clearly rhubarb-noted aroma to match, The delivery of rhubarb on the palate is bold and indeed honest, with well-judged sweetness permitting essential rhubarb character to shine through. Not in the least cloying, and with delightful persistence of rhubarb on the palate, nicely supported by a restrained gin base. A delightful sipper with ice, but great even at room temperature, warming in cool Spring weather."
