"A pleasant jammy raspberry aroma immediately hits the nose and is confirmed on tasting, alongside a leafy/herbal soft fruit character and balancing astringency on the the finish. Beautiful ruby colour. The gin delivers an impressive natural raspberry flavour with notes of darker fruits such as damsons . We really like the contrast of the sweet palate and the tart finish.
 
We loved the vibrant ruby-red colour of this fruit-based liqueur, which also had a good clarity, making it visually inviting. We enjoyed the fresh raspberry aroma and on the palate it was very juicy with a great level of sweetness. We could detect more juniper when we tried it with ice and found it to be a really well-balanced liqueur."
